Summertime! Or, my face is melting off!!

Howdy all,

Hopefully the recent heat wave hasn't completely fried your desire to ride a bike because we're going to run a little in season special on bikes through July 7th.

All of our in stock KHS and Rocky Mountain fitness, road, mountain and cyclocross bikes are 15% off! And, you still get to take 10% off any and all accessories you buy with the bike. Not a bad deal. We have Rocky Mountain Metropolis LHRs, Rocky Mountain Solo CXs, Rocky Mountain Soul 29, Rocky Mountain Flares, KHS Vitamins and KHS Urban Xpresses in stock and ready to go!

All of the fitness, road and cyclocross bikes listed above can double as capable commuters should you feel the urge to ride to the store, work or those backyard BBQs that are on your social calendar this season.

Speaking of rides and social events... We are going to host a bike swap/ride/BBQ here at the shop in August. We're still working on the date but the idea is to hold a swap, ride from the shop to Lincoln Woods for a tour of the trails and then return to the shop for some BBQ. Sound like fun? I hope so.
The swap will be open to all kinds of bikes and bike parts, but we're kinda hoping this swap is heavy on the mountain bike goods so tell your friends!

On the trail riding front we still have quite a few demo bikes available for test rides including the Rocky Mountain Element 950, a Transition Bandit 29 and a Transition Trans AM 29. The IBIS Mojo HD is still here as well! At some point in late summer we will have a Banshee Prime built up and ready for demos - how sweet is that?!

We're also selling our shop fixed gears, soon to be replaced with some nice geared steel road bikes. Mike's All City Big Block is up for grabs as well as my All City Nature Boy for $700 each. Both are of the 55cm variety and are a steal at this price. Think of it as the "bro-deal" you always wanted but never knew how to ask for without coming across like a jerk... Or buy some scavenged junkbox on Craigslist with an Ashtabula crankset and a crappy cog duct taped to a freewheel hub for $500. Whatever...

Pics of said bikes can be found below:

That's it for now, stay cool out there kids!
